Mindfulness is a proven method reducing stress and enhancing focus and contentment in the here and now. Research also shows that Mindfulness can help prevent depression.

This online Mindfulness course not only gives you all the information you need to start practicing Mindfulness, we also talk about what it takes to change your habits. Together we make a personal plan to start using Mindfulness exercises and to keep up your motivation. The course exists of 3 online meetings. In the first two you get all the information you need to start using Mindfulness. In the second and third meeting more focus is on your own motivation, what works for you and what is important to you, and on making a plan for the coming weeks.

In addition to the live meetings you can become a member of a closed Facebook group to get access to more videos of exercises, and to get in contact with other participants motivating each other in the process of making Mindfulness a part of your life.

Mindfulness er en evidensbasert metode for å redusere stress og for å øke fokus og trivsel i her og nå. Forskning viser at Mindfulness i tillegg kan hjelpe for å senke risikoen på depresjon.

Dette online kurset gir deg all info du trenger for å ta i bruk Mindfulness. I tillegg til teori om Mindfulness og eksempler av øvelser snakker vi om hva som trengs for deg personlig for å endre på dine vaner og ta i bruk dette verktøyet. Vi planlegger øvelser og jobber med din motivasjon gjennom kurset.

I tillegg til live online møter er det mulig å bli medlem av en lukket Facebook gruppe for å få enda flere videoer av øvelser og for å komme i kontakt med andre deltakere og motivere hverandre.
