Elevate the level of peace and contentment in your daily life by becoming more focused on the present. Work through the course at your own pace in a period of 16 weeks. 25 video's and around 2 hours of info and exercises. To make mindfulness a lasting part of your life we will make a personal plan and I will teach you about what it takes to change your habits. Previous participants evaluate the course as 'insightful', 'clear overview', 'fun', 'inspiring'.
